Congenital Breast Differences

Individual options for tubular breasts and other congenital differences. The technique is selected after considering examination findings, medical history, skin and tissue characteristics, and individual expectations.

Tubular breasts may have a narrow base, underdeveloped lower pole and a wider areola. Implants alone do not always correct these features.

In our clinic, we assess each breast separately and discuss reshaping, inframammary-fold adjustment, implants and possibly staged surgery.
