Rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty considers skin thickness, cartilage support, bone structure, nasal breathing and facial proportions. Piezo ultrasound devices may be used for selected bone-shaping steps. They do not eliminate risks; bruising, swelling and time away from work vary.

The nasal valve is important for airflow, and bone shaping alone cannot resolve every breathing problem. Nasal tip definition can take months.
